All our twin-screw extrusion systems for color and additive masterbatch applications are designed for premix or split-feed (downstream using side feeders) with quick-change features facilitating rapid changeovers. Extruders developed for highly filled CaCO3 compounds (>75% loading) are delivered with both underwater and water ring pelletizing systems.
